➕ Returns are not accepted after 7 days of it being marked delivered. If it still returned after 7 days, you'll be refunded your item minus shipping cost (including priority cost) and 25% restocking fee.
➕After 21 days items are non-refundable. This means if you do return it after the 21 days without prior approval the item will be refused.
➕Returns are always refunded minus shipping cost, and within 7 days- 10% restocking fee.
➕ALL INNER SKINS, KEYBOARD COVERS, TRACKPADS, VINYLS and CUSTOM WORK are NON-REFUNDABLE.
➕ We do not accept returns for phone cases due to the fact that every case is hand painted and personalized upon request. If you are not happy with your order, we will be more than happy to work with you until you are!
➕ We do not currently cover the cost of return shipping.
➕ Received a damaged product? We're so sorry! Please email us at within 7 days of receiving the product.
➕ We're not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender -- please check your info twice! Customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost.
➕if a package was returned due to an incorrect address or misdelivery and you would like to return- a restocking fee of 25% will be charged. Shipping cost will also not be refunded. We're happy to resend- but you'll be responsible for reshipment cost.
